Kerry’s Practice

I’m Kerry, a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating social, behavioural, and developmental challenges.

I primarily work with young people aged 10–25, helping them better understand and manage concerns such as anxiety, social and relationship difficulties, attention and concentration challenges, low mood, and uncertainty around life direction. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing space where young people can feel heard, understood and supported.

My approach is strengths based and collaborative, focusing on each individual’s existing abilities and resilience while supporting them to develop new skills and perspectives. Together, we work to identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, fostering greater confidence, wellbeing and meaningful change.

I draw on a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw on elements of Mindfulness Based Interventions and Art Therapy where appropriate. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring a flexible and personalised approach that supports their goals and circumstances.

I am located in Bondi Junction and offer appointments in person or via Telehealth, with flexible after school and evening sessions.
